Super Spacer^® TriSeal™

Super Spacer^® TriSeal™ is a flexible, silicone foam warm edge spacer designed to satisfy the toughest commercial glazing demands, including silicone structural glazing (SSG).  Super Spacer TriSeal offers optimal performance and durability for light to heavy residential and commercial applications. Its unique triple-seal design incorporates an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling. TriSeal comes complete with polyisobutylene primary seal for enhanced gas retention and low moisture vapor transmission. Customer-applied silicone seal provides proven structural performance. Polyurethane, polysulfide, hot melt butyl / dual seal equivalents (DSEs) are acceptable sealants for captured glazing applications.

Super Spacer Premium Plus, Premium, TriSeal and T-Spacer products are all extruded as a high-quality silicone foam spacer. Silicone is well known for its superior resistance to ozone, UV light and oxidation. Additionally, it is very color stable. It also maintains excellent flexibility at low temperatures, has outstanding resistance to high heat and has a low compression set. In fact, many silicones have been exposed to outdoor weathering for 15 years with no significant loss of physical properties – making it an ideal polymer of choice for a broad range of high-performance applications.

TriSeal Sizes and Options:

Protective Packaging:
For desiccant protection, TriSeal reels are sealed in moisture-proof foil bags, which are packaged in high-density polyethylene bags. These double-packaged reels are then shipped in recyclable boxes.

Desiccant Systems:
Our desiccant material is 40 percent by spacer weight (minimum), primarily consisting of 3A molecular-sieve material.
